Amazonian bromeliad

The bromeliad has the particularity that its leaves grow as if they were a rosette. These sheets are curved inward and overlap one on top of the other, forming a kind of cavity. The foliage of the bromeliad can present different colors, this corresponds to each of the species. They can be dark green, pink, purple or grey. Some have white spots or stripes.

Handicrafts.

The bromeliad obtains most of its nutrients, which are not too many, since it is not a large plant, from the water and not from its roots. That is why it has developed that incredible cup shape that allows it to store water in its center, while it feeds.
