Departing at 8:00 AM, our journey begins with a scenic cruise along the majestic Amazon River for approximately one hour until we reach the Peruvian indigenous community. From there, embark on a thrilling two-hour jungle trek, encountering towering ceiba trees, majestic rubber trees, playful monkeys, mesmerizing exotic insects and butterflies, colorful flowers, and the serene beauty of sloths.

 

Our expedition culminates with a delicious lunch in the indigenous community, allowing you to taste the local flavors while immersing yourself in the rich culture of the region. As we bid farewell to the community, enjoy a scenic boat ride back to Leticia, where you'll have the opportunity to spot the enchanting pink and gray dolphins gracefully swimming in the Amazon River.

NOTE: Our tours at Expeditions George of the Jungle Tours are designed with flexibility in mind,

ensuring a personalized  experience for our guests while minimizing our impact on the environment.

We limit each tour to a maximum of 10 people to provide individualized attention and care.

The specific activities and duration of each excursion may vary depending on factors such as

the group size, guide, and the season of the year. During dry seasons (January to March and July to

September), expect longer hikes, while rainy seasons (April to June and October to December) offer

more boat-based activities.
